Traitly enables you to seamlessly search across all of your knowledge silos via a single tab. This eliminates the need to jump between platforms to find the right knowledge.
When searching, simply enter your search query at app.traitly.com and hit the "return" key. There are a number of ways you can filter your search results more granular in Traitly.
Filtering by Labels
If you categorise your Traitly Cards by Labels, you can filter your search results by the Labels applied to them.

Filter by Knowledge Source
You can choose which sources from which you want to search for relevant search results.
For example, as a first step in a support triaging process, you might check your public knowledge base articles to see if there is relevant content to share with the customer.

Saved Search Filters
You can also use Saved Filters for search filters that you frequently apply.
A guide on creating Saved Filters can be found here.
When Saved Filters are created, they appear immediately under the search bar within Traitly. To apply a filter, simply click on the relevant filter after entering your search query in the search bar.
