Do you use Zendesk to manage your customer service? You can now link Zendesk to your Traitly account to import your customer communication history - this will allow you to consolidate Traitly’s intelligent insights with each customer’s correspondence. You can do this in a few easy steps, which are outlined below.
On the Traitly Dashboard, click on the Apps icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Then click on Data Sources. Locate the Zendesk app and click on it.
On the resultant page, click on Install. A window will appear prompting you to enter your Zendesk team domain - enter this, and click Go to Zendesk. This will bring you to the login screen for your Zendesk team.
Enter your Zendesk username and password to log in to your team account. Once logged in, you will be brought to the following page:
This is to authorise Traitly as a 3rd party application in your Zendesk account - once you click Allow, your customer data will safely and securely be imported into Traitly.
